Data we collect. Account data (email, name, phone) of shop owners and staff; shop business data entered by the shop (products, prices, stock, sales, expenses, shifts, members and customer details such as name, phone and delivery address); QR-menu orders (items, table, and for delivery: name, phone, address, map pin, payment slip image).
Device permissions. Camera for barcode/QR and menu scanning; location only while the app is in use, for delivery pins and navigation (no background tracking); Bluetooth for receipt printers; notifications for new orders.
Use. Data is used only to provide the POS service (recording sales, syncing the shop's devices, reports, backups). We do not sell data or share it for advertising, and the app shows no ads. Optional AI features use the shop's own Google Gemini API key; content the shop submits to AI is sent to Google Gemini under Google's terms.
Storage and security. Data is stored on the shop's devices and on our server (pos.anniekaiydee.com, Singapore data centre), transmitted over HTTPS, isolated per shop, and backed up daily.
Retention and deletion. Data is kept while the account is active. Request deletion of an account and all shop data at any time via WhatsApp +856 20 9552 4699 or anniechthv@gmail.com; data is deleted within 30 days and removed from rolling backups within a further 14 days.
